I searched Google for 5 star reviews. Darnold & Lyons were one of the companies with 5 stars. But it was the reviews customers wrote. I can understand why.  The service man was named John and he came in and immediately said I know exactly whats wrong. Said it was an easy fix. I was so relieved. He made me feel comfortable and he was very confident. He had my problem fixed in about 30 minutes. I have just moved into my place and also had my heating and cooling system maintanced by another service under the recommendation from a friend. It was a big waste of my time and money. I would use Darnold & Lyons for any and all services and maintenance if needed. I just also want to take the time to thank John and just to let him know how I am so grateful. I’m sure they have many good service men but I’m going to tell you John was perfect and knew exactly what he was doing. I recommend Darnold & Lyons highly.

Moved into my first home 2 weeks ago and AC unit went out on July 3rd. Calling around no one was available for weeks and the inside of the house was approaching +90 F in the evenings!! Darnold & Lyons were able to get us on their schedule within 4 days of us calling. Our techs name was John, super nice guy that explained everything to us, checked both the inside and outside units, cleaned out the filters and made sure nothing in the house was damaged in the process. Service fees and parts cost were very reasonable! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need in the area!

Darnold & Lyons' excellent reputation is well earned. The service techs were professional and respectful. They were prompt and showed up when they promised. I had a long stopped up sink that I couldn't fix myself. Nor could my "plumbing capable" friend. I called Darnold and Lyons and they came promptly. The plumbers were polite and tidy. They cleaned up their mess well. And, even better, my sink was fixed in less than two hours.

We just moved and our unit just stopped working. I was so grateful how quickly they worked us in because it was HOT! Our technician’s name was John and he was on time and very courteous. He figured out the problem quickly and was very good about explaining everything. He gave me lots of helpful tips. I highly recommend this company!
